Trademark, Copyright and Design Advocate
Minimum 2 years of experience candidates with proven record and proficiency in handling trademark (oppositions, show cause hearings, litigations), designs (handling design applications at IPO, cancellation petitions and litigations) and copyright. Should have good command over English and laws relating to Trademark, Designs and Copyright.
